Children of Eden is a joyous and inspirational musical about parents, children, and faith. It takes a frank, heartfelt, and often humorous look at the age-old conflict between parents and children. Adam, Eve, Noah, and the “Father” (who created them) deal with the headstrong, fateful actions of their respective children. The show ultimately delivers an inspiring message that says “the hardest part of love … is letting go.” Act I is the story of Adam and Eve and Cain and Abel. Act II is the story of Noah and the flood.
